Sara Genday is a passionate physiotherapist, practicing since 2010. Sara's aim is to empower her patients and aid them in their recovery and assist them in their journey towards their goals.

Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy

Women’s Health Physiotherapy including pelvic floor assessment, treatment of painful sex, dilation therapy, pelvic pain, pessary fitting, breastfeeding and lactation concerns.

Children and Adolescent Physiotherapy including gynaecological Physiotherapy.

Neurological rehabilitation

Sara's techniques include comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment, deep dry needling, and exercise prescription.

Sara is an active community member, assisting several centres and providing information sessions to different demographics. Sara recently advised on a panel to assist women that are victims to sexual domestic violence. Her vocation is to spread compassion within the health care space, for patients, participants and health care workers.
